Aramosa is a rare low-caffeine variety, developed through crossing Coffea Arabica with Coffea Racemosa, known for its drought resistance and delicate cup profile, Aramosa produces coffees that feel unusually refined and composed.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfter careful hand-picking and sorting, the cherries undergo a 36-hour aerobic fermentation before drying slowly on concrete patios beneath the sun for fifteen days. The slow, controlled process brings clarity and sweetness to the cup while preserving the variety’s softer character.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the cup, Deadwater feels calm and quietly expressive. Gentle notes of caramel and sweet citrus and chocolate roundness with  a delicate body.
