Fazenda Rio Verde is located in the municipality of Conceição de Rio Verde, a region of fertile clay soils, mountainous topography and a subtropical climate. The farm is split into 69 terriors of which 32 of the very best have been hand selected to be part of the premier cru.
This coffee is a natural wild fermented yellow bourbon from terrior B35. It is selectively hand picked and fermented for 38 hours.
In the cup this coffee exhibits pleasant sweetness and bright acidity associated with full body.Its set of characteristics brings forth a Wine taste profile with long aftertaste.
