When will my order be dispatched?

We roast on fixed days to keep everything fresh. Orders that include coffee are sent after the next roast day. Orders that only contain non coffee items are usually sent the next working day.

How do I track my delivery

Once your order has been packed you will receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email. If you have not received this, check your junk folder or get in touch.

Do you grind coffee to order?

Yes. You can choose your grind size when selecting a product. If you are unsure which grind you need, ask us and we will point you in the right direction.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee sealed, away from heat, air and light. A cupboard is fine. Do not store it in the fridge. This keeps it tasting as it should.
