Shipping Info
The first bag of coffee will be sent out ASAP from Northumberland coffee along with a note explaining the subscription and a packing slip. Please ensure to put the Shipping address as the one you would like the entire subscription to be sent to.
After the first bag is sent we will send out all following subscription bags on the First Tuesday of the following month for the duration of the subscription.
All gift subscriptions purchased for Christmas will receive their first bags before the 25th if purchased first class on or before Friday, December 19th. The second bag of coffee will be shipped on Tuesday, Febraury 3rd.
Orders placed after Friday, December 19th will be emailed a printable gift voucher in time for Christmas and the first bag of coffee will be shipped on Tuesday, January 6th.

Shipping information
We roast fresh batches every Monday and Wednesday. Orders are dispatched the following day, so anything roasted on Monday ships on Tuesday, and anything roasted on Wednesday ships on Thursday. This schedule keeps your coffee as fresh as possible from our roastery to your door.
If you need your order sooner, place it before our roast days and we will include it in the next batch.

Storage
To keep your coffee at its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from light and air. Keep the bag sealed between uses or transfer the beans to an airtight container. Avoid fridges and freezers, as moisture can affect the flavour. For peak freshness, aim to use your coffee within a few weeks of opening.
