We serve Kielder Night across our Defenders and through select wholesale partners who know that decaf deserves more than an afterthought.

Named after Kielder forest, the home of the Darkest skies in England, where constellations reveal themselves and satellites drift quietly. Where, if you pause long enough, the forest feels infinite. It is also home to owls, silent, patient hunters of the night. When we found a sugarcane decaf called ‘El Buho’ (the owl) from Colombia, it felt meant to be. The name, the method, everything about it whispered Kielder forest at night.

A gently processed decaffeinated coffee that doesn't compromise on flavour, depth or soul. We made Kielder night for those who still want the ritual, without the buzz. For those late afternoon brews, after dinner cups or slow mornings. This coffee is beautifully clean and full-bodied with rich notes of Molasses, soft red apple acidity and a cocoa finish that lingers long after your last sip. It’s a coffee that embraces the dark and the calm, without compromise.

Drank black under a blanket beneath the stars or with milk for a cosy campfire wind down, Kielder night is there to hold space, for seekers of stillness.

Shipping information

We roast fresh batches every Monday and Wednesday. Orders are dispatched the following day, so anything roasted on Monday ships on Tuesday, and anything roasted on Wednesday ships on Thursday. This schedule keeps your coffee as fresh as possible from our roastery to your door.

If you need your order sooner, place it before our roast days and we will include it in the next batch.

Storage

To keep your coffee at its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from light and air. Keep the bag sealed between uses or transfer the beans to an airtight container. Avoid fridges and freezers, as moisture can affect the flavour. For peak freshness, aim to use your coffee within a few weeks of opening.

Each batch is crafted with precision and purpose - origins chosen for their story, flavour, and connection.
